Refund & Return Policy
At Glow Auto, we aim to provide high-quality automotive products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Products that are damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, you need to contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases, shipping charges may not be refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or technical reasons. We recommend checking product details before placing an order.
